ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Project Administrator, you will belong to the project office where you work closely with project managers and project teams to support the business in the administrative processes of the projects. You will contribute to ensuring that documentation, orders, and system information are handled correctly and efficiently. The role involves many points of contact within the organization and requires a structured approach as well as good collaboration skills.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Support projects with deliveries through documentation
• Ensure that correct information is registered in the system
• Administer items and cases in IFS Sharp
• Handle inventory-related tasks
• Write orders related to prototype assignments
• Manage purchases and orders in the purchasing system
• Administer requisitions and orders of items
• Coordinate repairs of units and send them for calibration

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have completed a high school diploma
• Have a good ability to plan, organize, and follow up on tasks
• Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and general system proficiency
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is structured, curious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different functions and contribute to creating order and efficiency in the administrative work of the projects. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others to find solutions.
